I was being hassled by other roofing companies w exorbitant prices until Bautista’s Empire came to the rescue! Their crew arrived early and were very professional, their roof foreman Adrian was very knowledgeable and available for every question I had throughout the process. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure the final product not only included a top quality roof, but ensured ancillary items such as gutters and downspouts were properly aligned. They built a chimney's cricket and installed an updated set of skylights in compliance with the latest building standards. They completed this massive project in one day. They were punctual, always showed up on time for our meetings, and picked up all construction debris and trash when finished. Compared to the typical cost of a roof project of this magnitude in Montgomery County, Maryland their price was the best.
